Shipping and Policies
All graphics are made-to-order and ship in 3 business days. Graphics are not kept in stock. Your items will be produced shortly after your order is placed to ensure you are receiving fresh graphics that are ready to be installed.
Small decals ship USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. Depending on size, they will ship in padded bubble mailers or flat cardboard envelopes for protection. Larger graphics ship USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. An email notification will be sent when your order ships. This will include tracking information and an estimated delivery date. All orders ship from one shop location in Virginia.

*Express Mail shipping is available for an additional fee.
ORDER POLICY AND RETURN POLICY
Since all graphics are made-to-order, returns and exchanges cannot be offered. However, there are two exceptions:
1.) Damaged Item: If your item is damaged in shipping, please don't disregard the package. You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back or you can email a photo of the damaged package to: email@example.com. A claim for a damaged packaged will be filed on your behalf and you will be sent a replacement item.
2.) You Receive the Wrong Item: In the rare event that you may be shipped the wrong order, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label and the correct item will be sent to you.
